The content there should cause any just democratic form/system of government a grave concern. That is of course, if they still claim their 'system or form of governance' to be fair and just!

THIS POST TRIAL BRIEF BY THE PLAINTIFF SEEMS TO BE IRREFUTABLE AND CONTRARY TO OTHERS COMMENTS OF IT'S MINOR SIMILARITY TO THE FNF DEBOCKLE I THINK THE SIMILARITIES ARE ASTOUNDING THE ONLY DIFFERENCE I NOW BELIEVE TO BE THERE IS THE DIFFERENCE IN TIMING OF THE TAKINGS ISSUE. THE JURISDICTIONAL ISSUES WITH FNF HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THE CASE ITSELF AND SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED A DIFFERENCE WHEN REFERRING TO THE FNF CASE ITSELF. I WILL CONCEDE THAT IT IS OF VITAL IMPORTANCE TO BE ABLE TO FIND A COURT THAT WILL ALLOW US TO BRING SUIT TO COURT.
