(Again - for those interested I do not believe AIG equity wins their case as the GOV can argue it was a time of fire. Our cases are for now focused on the post fire theft via the third amendment - which is a violation of private property and is way past the "fire" -- so we should win if HERA as a shield for the GOV is removed by this judge or the appeals judge)
