This nonsense logic has been talked about over and over and it has never yet proven to be true. Everyone presumed dilution would stop over 100 million shares ago. I suspect they max out the AS and do an RS by the looks of it. SO they can get back to the OTCQB or where ever they are aiming at. BETS
