The RS date published in the 8-k last week, on March 17th. The official news hit yesterday around noon. The pps held up more than I expected yesterday, I had a buy order in for .10 that never filled.

Look at the time the news came out for the RS. The initial drop was before the news and afterwards we went up closing green for the day. The "D" was know by all the people that have been following this stock. Nice try but once again this was voted on with a majority voting for the RS. You were here a few weeks ago with doom and gloom and were wrong then. Now you're back again. I like our odds.
