The walters let the companyfall into the grey market by not updating the fins for years
This was a true gem
With real revenues
The Sec just did not care to look deeper into the complain with prove of the revenues from Ca STate Prisons
Why?
Why after they incourage investors to file complains on suspect activities
They did not help us the shareholders?
Hope more wakw up and file complains
The money is hidden somewere
