Although I am ridiculously long in this stock, I have to dispassionately acknowledge that the non-issuance of the PEA last week was the first time Mr. Smith has deviated from his word. Everything he's done until now has been absolutely flawless. Should we be concerned. Not yet, in my view.
As with others new to Niobium, I am working on my Due Diligence...thus the somewhat speculative question. Thank you for your well thought out and very insightful, intelligent response.
