Was SEEK ever supposed to be Successful anyway?

Scott touting his reputation as being PRESIDENT, CEO, CFO, COO and numerous OTHER titles sound great on paper but unless one has the SMARTS to perform each one of those tasks in a LEGAL way, investors can be buying into a MESS like what we apparently now have going on.

Are shareholders now witnessing the " slow demise " of a CEO that has possibly attempted to pull the WOOL over the shareholders, the IRS and the SEC's eyes????

Or just attempt to create the image of Business in the eyes of the FIRNA/SEC?

Seriously some things that don't add about this company?

- 2,000 Websites....pretty doing the same thing? Why? Is it quantity over quality. Sure it might make for a nice sounding Company Profile on every PR....but why are thousands of websites needed?

- Adding more websites to the thousands he has....why?

- Adding the new 123homeepair.com when he still hasn't fixed the classified link on the home page his flagship website TheDirectory.com

- Conference Calls - more a psychology ploy IMO to create the image he is interested in the Market concerns. How many real questions has he ever answered on any Conference Call?


- Touting Positve Shareholder equity. Is this not a slap in the face to SEEK investors?

- The Yellowpages.com is doing pretty much the same things with a eleventy billion less websites. If it's called a Directory....uh shouldn't most of these websites be consolidated into TheDirectory.com. Isn't Scott's Business model a contradiction to the name TheDirectory..... ? :(

- What is the purpose of have eleventy billion websites and then raising the A/S to 30 Billion shares? Is this not the hard cold truth that his business isn't working like he is touting?

- What Real profitable company pays down debt IMO mostly with stock and then brags about it while the O/S and A/S continue to climb higher than a kite during a hurricane?




Again was this comapny ever supposed to be successful.....or is TheDirectory.com just a ruse to mostly sell shares? :(

I would hope not but after years of wathching this company it appears this way......IMO
