King, keep in mind the Market Cap estimate you are referring to does not reflect true share numbers. It leaves out St. Louis' preferred conversion rights and the new preferred class shares as well. As for the new preferred class, that will be something to watch in the next filing.
We still have not seen numbers on the people vine acquisition. It did happen long enough ago to where it would have forced the increase of the A/S had commons been used. It is likely that the new preferred class was used, but we will not know until the filing comes out.
