Why would they ever buy back shares here when the bosses preferred shares = 1billion+common when converted? Makes no sense to me. ..... and id strongly disagree with that market cap figure, last year was out of the ordinary.....there's hardly a good company trading over 140mill mktcap, let alone vapor in the near future. Too much dilution here, as volume runs otc land, though if the S/S is too heavy all the volume in the world don't help (seen it many a time before, and recently too!)
