IMO, the DTCC global lock on PRPM is not going to be removed. Management appears to have completely abandoned this shell. Filings were promised and nobody is spending a nickel on PRPM. I think it's a game over. I truly hope I am wrong for shareholders' sake, but I really don't believe that I am.
Who's gonna work on removing the global lock if he's not?
