I do stand corrected though Oilgal. After reading the email again, he does indeed suggest greater than $80 Million in 2014 in a year over year comparison. Hard to imagine he would twist the comparison with a pro forma quarterly. Keeping my fingers crossed. If this email proves to be true it will be a whole other ball game.

My take is a good CFO would not have mentioned a pro forma (annualized) revenue number for 4Q without qualifying it but an embattled CEO could easily do that inadvertantly as he was in sales mode while under attack.
