This news won't affect share price and surely won't send us to trips. Dilution...maybe? The hearing has been rescheduled for April 15, which isn't too far away. When and if Judge Mueller decides to reschedule mj, the entire sector could see another run based off hype. Furthermore, going into the 2016 elections with 5 or more states expected to pass recreational mj, the mj sector could see the biggest run yet, starting with Judge Mueller's decision and running all the way through 2016.
