I was aware of the maneuverings long before Schoell met up with Renfro, Moody & DiPrima and took possession of the shell back in July 2007. It's the same sad story of dirty shell passed around more than a bottle of cheap whiskey at a frat party. Lots of litigation behind it too, of which Schoell inherited some of the results.
