KIMJF had 500 million shares. When N1 came along,it increased by 2 billion more. usually, companies sell most of these shares to raise capital (or filltheir pockets). However, I recall something about most of these shares being restricted,which means they can't sell them until sometime in 2016.
I also recall that someone was buying large blocks (millions of shares at a time) of these shares right before the name change for .0001.
It is not that unusual for penny companies to have this many shares. It is not a desireable thing, but not unusual
