It's terrible advice. Never add to a losing position. #1 you should never let yourself get that far behind. No one wins on every trade. If you're down 10% sell and cut your losses. If you hold on you become a bagholder forever. It's all about preserving your capital to play another day. You should only buy pinks when there is volume and momo. Get in get out the same day. If you can't do that then don't buy.
