Hmmm. Over 69M in volume this week. Obviously not retail as VFIN showed up. If there is a note for conversion, it would need to be disclosed via 8k. No debt means no liabilities and that means no notes. Just a hunch, could VFIN and CDEL be naked shorting on non existant shares? Happens all the time in pinky land.
