i agree with you. this will be a surprise.

state of texas may do it for us, they don’t buy it. grilling caruso in a deposition on march 25th as per docket 3344 posted tonight. should be fun unless they seal that too. in docket 3301, texas says that plan as per 3264 is not feasible, so what else is there?
