I agree that the RS isn't a good thing, although they seemed to have reduced the AS as well, which is a good thing.

Nothing like that a crap on existing shareholders as a first move on a take over. Gonna have to be a legit moneymaker for any of us to see nice profits. In reality folks going to bailing big before they r/s and drop the price lower than what it already is before the split takes place. Atleast we know something is happening but by the looks of it it's not a good thing. IMO

There was no need for a R/S IMO.
That tells me they intend to dilute the chit out of this.
