Be that as it may ... you fail to fully understand the import of my postings:

IF a company's ASSETS (including Tax Deferred Assets) are greater than its LIABILITIES ... than that company is deemed to be SOLVENT.

And "solvent" companies cannot seek Chapter 11 Bankruptcy relief.

So then. In the VERY least ... "something" is seriously "amiss" here.

Why did the company froath all over the puny SITO bid ... when it had a MOUNTAIN of NOLs on its balance sheet.
