.004, or .001 Which would be the equivalent of .0002 and .00005 at this juncture, are meaningless MM transactions and can continue until the transfer agent organizes all of the share and distributes the new.. It can take 10-20 week days before it's back and all accounts are re-balanced. With the ConMan having dumped the whole 10 billion or dam close, as it appears currently, that's a hell of a lot of pieces to put back together. I'd prepare for the 15 too 20 day trip to complete the reorganization.

In the mean time, most of whatever shows up as trades will not be but MM transfers.

You or anybody else cannot trade a ECOBD because those shares will not exist until the Transfer agent distributes to the various brokers. .

As all is to be fair, even though you'll see what appears to be trades flipping around while it's down, all is to be fair, nobody but MM's who'll be pushing em back and forth to get everything into the correct pile is what you'll be seeing.

It's possible, if you owned the paper, ya might be able to go to a fricken drive up window at transfer agent and exchange em before they are sent to the brokers. . lol

Otherwise some brokers can, if it's within their policy and ya got a Margin account, lend you naked shares which they'll cover after they get em from the broker. The majority of broker though, will block you from trading em, and 'goody, goody! your 'nothing' is going to cost ya a reorganizing fee of 10-20 bucks. you lucky dog. :)

"So am i correct to say that the o/s are now 500mil and our shares are suppose to be worth .004c...are there any positives that can come out of this r/s maybe someone buys the remaining shares and takes out the whole company?? Personally it looks like its going to 00000000 lol not funny but at this stage what else can be done"

What will happen is the same thing that happens with almost all reverse split scenarios of an OTC Pink stock.

You will not be able to sell your shares until your broker acknowledges having received the replacement stock certificates from the transfer agent. Depending on your broker, this can take days or it can take weeks.

While most of you are waiting for your broker to allow you to trade your shares again, the PPS will drop about 80%. So, you will be fortunate if you can sell at $0.0005 post split.
