I've had Toter's garbage cans now for around 5 yrs...64 gallon...squirrels chewed through the top...So I called and told them they cracked from the garbage men and now the squirrels are attacking them and I was looking for new lids..They are sending me 2 new lids no charge for them or delivery. Didn't have to send them the warranty slip (which I can't find right now), and no pictures or anything...10 yr warranty on the things...And they were really pleasant about it....

Who does that kind of service any more....
