What happened to Mehos and GroPro?
What happened to the crack attorneys that were removing the chill?

Oh yeah, forget about that, past history, we have something much more important around the corner. A patent and county licenses that have not shown up on official websites yet. But don't you worry, because something much better is around the next corner!!

here are the others you speak of:
Wachob - is not filing a LAND USE application - they are filing for REZONING - totally different thing - they applied on 3-5-2015
Acme - is applying for LAND use and they also applied on 3-5-2015
Pops - applied on 2-2-15
Oxy - 1-5-2015
SCG - 1-7-2015
Crown Ranch - 1-13-2015 - but that is a sketch plan app and not the same
NuGro - 12-10-2014

most countys and citys I have worked with, do things on a schedule, like 1 time per month

as to the upload habits of the administrators in Huerfano, I am not aware of their habits - it is certainly not a requirement of anything - and has no SIGNIFICANCE

perhaps the county is waiting to have a couple more apps sitting on their desk and they will scan and upload all at one time...

also they will need to submit the second growers application, this is not submitted yet, perhaps the county is waiting on the second growers application also before they upload....

I am not concerned of the UPLOAD habits of the SECRETARY over there

I only care about the proper steps being taken to get the construction complete and right now everything that I see - they are doing things accordingly - STEP BY STEP

again, Im more focused on the STEPS and not the UPLOAD habits of the COUNTY SECRETARY !!!!!!!!!

but to clarify - there is only 1 other application there that is LAND USE that was submitted recent - and it was roughly a week before INCC's
also - in their app packet you can clearly see they were working on things far before that date

INCC just started this new grower process in feb as we can see by the DD that we have accumulated

there is not an ounce of me that is worried about any of it....
