When it comes down to it I am not sure how the rules and regulations revolve around how seeds for new strains get procured, but I know there is a lot going on in Spain! Surely most excellent to attend, great exposure on many levels and a great place like you say for international partners! Giddy up as the Tweed word will keep spreading.
