Under that scenario, we would have 20M OS and 300M AS. So no one would own them unless they're released into the market.

We just so happen to have an OS that's close to or equal to the AS, because the recent dilution maxed it out but normally, a company doesn't have every share available that it could

Into the A/S. Having a nice percentage of shares available in the treasury opens up more favorable financing options, which in turn will allow for pre-payment of short term (convertible) debt and the funds to further grow an already quickly company to grab more market share in the fastest growing retail segment.
