Heres a question. Zdpy is in negotiations with Sal Colona to settle the agreement on 200k he put in through lihc. They have offered a settlement to him. Why have they not offered a settlement to all the other lihc investors that put money in as well? This is a violation in ny opinion. The other 28 plus investors will be filing suit as well. Why only settle with one? They have a responsibility to everyone who was supposed to on vngm stock. Not just sal.
