doing some alittle work tonight hey look at this and the rent rates change..

Fredricksburg IA 50630. The lease of $1500 is on a month to month basis. The lease payments are
$700/month January-March, then increase to $1500 per month for the remainder of the year. This lease
is on a year-to-year basis with a buy out at the end of the lease.
