Those same three BOD people had over $200,000 worth of stock.

And to top it off, Keeney has nothing to do with how many shares a BOD person has.

The joke by Dan Keeney is, that he was actually being serious. His job is to protect and advocate the interests of the company,it's BOD and management, and provide cordial lip service, not much more to the common shareholders, regardless of what we want or believe, or think.
