Did they even warn that they were going to be late or did they just ignore that rule completely?

Filed for extension, then ignored the extended date....hopelessly incompetent. A new CEO is required.

They filed a Notification of Late Filing for an extension of 5 calendar days - although they stated an anticipated filing date of February 23.
