That $248K is from forgiveness of debt. Something they should have explained in their financials...but didn't. Nor did they issue a PR letting us know what happened. Perhaps existing JV terms changed in our favor. Perhaps another company concluded their chance of collecting was 0 and wrote it off their books (unlikely someone would write off quarter mil). Maybe Russell won a bet and this was his prize. Without clear company communication we can speculate all we want.
