It's pretty obvious someone got the information before the rest of us and cashed out.

It's also pretty obvious that they knew or should have known that it was still a long way off when the new CEO said the announcement was coming "next week". But hey, gotta sell shares if he wants a paycheck this week! Any idea what his salary is? Because transparency.
