Fully agree. They should have all the i's dotted and t's crossed now. Revisions could cast doubts that aren't justified.

Also reason for delay is that maybe they decided to add the Titanium and Scandium in the PEA, instead of just the Niobium.
This would change the figures dramatically.Thus the delay.
