let me try to explain this way-

a standard commons holder, does NOT have the enormous share or warrant quantity that a company exec or institutional holder has

thus, the commons holder value shrinks tremendously in a reverse split, when the institutional can bare the r/s because their share quantity was astronomical compared to the little man/woman

it's really that simple, and unless the company releases info over the next 2 days explaining how the small commons holder will not be reduced to minutia, it's a reality

if they come out with PR stating some creative process in which the small commons holder (by small I mean people owning less than 5 mil shares as an individual), if they come out with the solution showing how the small holder will retain strength, then I'm wrong, there's no shame in that, we're all wrong throughout our lives

however, right now, as it stands in 8k writings and limited PRs, the commons will become very small quantity wise, when R/S happens

I'm NOT bashing, just stating reality
