And I will keep hoping against the odds that this is somehow a random freak occurrence that won't show up anywhere else but that one machine.
But for now, there's no way I'm going to be on the hook pushing a family member to make the switch to Mac only to get a bunch of phone calls with "I thought you told me these things don't ever crash?!", and "I thought you said Apple had great customer service and stood behind their products with no-hassle fix-or-exchange?!"
