I believe they already were in default on some smaller notes. Default has many legal and arduous hurdles. CD holders typically want to sell equity to get investment and ROI. CD holders also do not know how to run the company nor exploit advantages. I don't fear a default as IMO, YA and others stands to gain immensely once the Andrews/FDA/protocol/whathaveyou hold up is straightened out. Assuming the holdup can be ironed out we all have already discussed how compelling the investment would then be sending valuations and liquidity through the roof..

BS Total Effen BS, only kidding, lol. Actually that is a good question. I'm not an expert on such matters so I don't know the answer. I would think SVFC would have stopped trading, don't know. Maybe someone on the board knows the answer to that...someone who really knows. Not someone who thinks they know everything and is just trying to stir things up.
