1) bod is embarrassment not industry heavyweights not shareholder friendly
2) institutional ownership is very low
3) insider buying non-existant
4) bavi unproven in piii mixed results at best I'm early trials
5) pphm totally botched pii via inept selection of partner and trial mismanagement
6) constant dilution will greatly reduce any future gains
