Have seen this multiple times before, we as long investors
will be better served by ecig, if r/s does not happen at least right now , company is pretty much done with removing toxic debt.
we are making money , and more money every month , pps will continue to go up , with q after q of this , and will reward all
of us investors and company more so than any dividend could do.
imo. I strongly believe this , and feel they just wanted the option for a r/s available to them as a last resort tool.
I dont think this last finance deal was close or even on the table , at the time we voted. this is all my opinion, which my years of day in and day investing is telling me. GOOD LUCK TO US ALL.
