imo, Judge Wilkens will likely lean towards a "settlement" scenario, "dont cause me to make a decision because one side wont like it", analagous to the RIMM scenario, however the overall stakes are much lower.

Judges are not necessarily bitter because they are reversed; many accept the Appellate decision like a report card and they LEARN from the reversal or affirmation; this judge will not make the same mistake again in this instant case; Judges do NOT like to be reversed and do honor the precedents of the Appellate Courts
