There's a significantly higher chance of PFNO going to $0.0003 than seeing US 10-yr Treasuries at 5% interest and at Par. That's the only comparable way to assess risk.

And for long dated Treasury holders: they have to pray the US doesn't fall into a recession (may be starting one now), and the Federal Reserve doesn't move to implement Negative Interest Rate Policy (NIRP), as exists in some European countries.
