Are you stating that CGRA is now going to file an audited 10-K with the SEC? Historically CGRA has never filed with the SEC, and there has been considerable discussion here over the past couple of years here as to whether CGRA should or is required to file with the SEC. I have viewed it that CGRA is not required to file with the SEC, but of course, if CGRA does begin to file audited financial statements and a 10-K with the SEC, that would indicate that their finances have been audited and certified, and at least one key executive would have to sign off and certify under penalty of perjury to the SEC that everything is accurate, including the revenue figures, etc. That would be a step in the right direction, IMO, but I do not believe CGRA has operated that way in the past. I do not find any record of CGRA filing anything with the SEC, but if I am wrong, then maybe someone else can provide evidence of SEC filings by CGRA.
