Basically, Randy just hops from one place to another, pumps and dumps. He can sure write, adds a respectable person with a history of some credit and discusses a whole bunch of possibilities that his company could offer.
It sounds really great, but he never highlights any actual business transactions. Nothing of value to a sane investor.
The acquisition of empty companies is probably a cheap venture for this guy. It sounds like we should all be starting a business like that, instead of investing in one.
