This deal involves, in part, "buying 20% of ECGI for $4MM". If 20% is worth $4MM, then simple math says 100% is worth $20MM.
It would take about a 50% rise in price for the cap to go from $13.7MM to $20MM. That would get us into the .18 to .20 range in share price.
