It specifically says in the 8k that RS will be carried out no later than 3/24.

1) How do you align that with RS not happening
2) w/o RS there are no shares to comply with the deal

Is the earth going to be destroyed till the 24th (if the 8k is for real that is the option to avoid a RS :)
