No, you misunderstand.

If you partner with people on a deal, that IS a partnership. It may not be a legal partnership (as a type of business), but it is a partnership based on usual English language usage.

I made no implication that a business-type of partnership existed. Only that FSNR claimed to be forming a partnership of some sort (they did not define).

Whatever business relationship FSNR is alleging to be forming with the mystery company, it clearly hasn't happened yet regardless.

Just to be clear, *I never claimed FSNR was forming a general or limited partnership with a company.*

This is a public company and anyone claiming to be in a partnership with them who is not will be looking down on a subpeona to appear in federal court. The partners of a lawfirm will have something to say about a "partnership" that may or may not exist.

Sometimes I partner with Clayton in a game of golf but I'll be damned if I keep letting him win with what is going on with this stock price.

$.12 is BS. Come on Clayton. Con needs a new mistress.
