Geeez.... for the $79 per mo they pay, you would think they would at least get some recognition as a company listed there by the phone operator or help desk, when a call comes in, or some sort of extention that goes to there answerring service. It just gets better & better & more & more heartwarming all the time. Next comes those who will chime in to explain it away as all good.
