Ruby Mine in Sierra County, California are currently winding down to prepare for winter and the resumption of underground operations next spring.

Spring is in 2 days.

how would anyone know what is going on right now

That would be as simple as asking the CEO.

He is not afraid to admit that he cant find financing.

We are still working on a finding [a] deal that does not involve convertible debt to pay for operations this year. As soon as there is some news to report we will make an announcement asap.

Spanky, how is NBRI going to resume exploring in the Ruby mine without financing?

Who is going to loan them money with NBRI still owing the vulture capitalists well over a million dollars? Over a million and a half I would guess.
