Sorry, I'm not sure I understand how that relates to the conversion of the warrants. That just says warrant holders will never be able to "trade" the warrants on the open market, i.e. there won't be ticker symbols like AEZSA or AEZSB representing the different classes of warrants that are free to trade. They can still convert them into .81 shares anytime they want. Right?
