Charlie - Still think it might be a resolution issue, but will pass the info on.
Something to consider about the website - it should be a tool to attract new business. I will ask Adam how that is working out and let you know. Clearly if it isn't working for that purpose, something will need to be done. If it is working out though, spending more money to polish it wouldn't seem to make much sense. I would rather they save the coin and get the reports up to date.
