Maybe it is an attempt to inform investors of a future move to NASDAQ , without saying it outright. Seems logical that a company that is growing in revenue and wanting to grow thru acquisitions is bound to have NASDAQ as an objective. Projected IFCR revenue for 2015 is $60 million.

I went thru the whole IHUB Transportation Board list and could not find one other Trucking company listed. And I could not find any information regarding small cap publically held trucking companies anywhere.

I was trying to find another company to compare to IFCR and get a handle on what the SP of any other such companies would be and could find none. Most small cap trucking companies are privately held, with nothing to compare IFCR to.
