i opened the link and read it. the whole strategy and approach has been needed for a long time. i agree, he and Marcie are working with someone to assist in hitting the correct adwords to link to GG.com. regardless of what happens, i applaud the effort... i don't necessarily agree with everything that has happened, but no one is perfect. a lot of open-mindedness will be required to push forward with the marketing strategy.
i have never felt negatively toward what Grant and his team have tried to do... just in my mind questioned the rational thought behind some of the actions. Can't change the past, can only focus on the future, and make the required adjustments to improve the business and stabilize its future.
