Gem picker, they didn't do it in October as they wanted to dump more shares. Then they will RS for sure. A company with a technology like SVFC should be trading much higer. This is pos stock and we all know that, but yet we hope, me including, that this pos moves up and not on a RS basis. SVFC long, down, disappointed.

Finally, a sensible post on the subject. First of all it hasn't even been mentioned except on this board as pure speculation. Second, as you point out, it makes no sense for a R/S at this time. It would not benefit the company in any way. That is one of the reasons I believe adding at .0001 is a good play. I see hardly any downside risk but great upside potential once they get their financial ducks in a row. The science and technology is there and isn't going away.
